bacon
Core potato lengthwise and keep the core
warp cheese with bacon
insert bacon-wrapped cheese into the hole in the potato
cut the core in half and plug both ends of the potato
wrap with foil and place on hot coals rotating every 15 minutes until fork tender
Notes
always make an extra couple since they are good chopped for breakfast or a snack.
