It’s just the mashed potatoes with water then put on the sheet and with another piece of parchment paper made it flat to my desire. The sauce is pureed tomatoes and nutritional yeast and eggplant on top. Put in the oven on 420 for 20 minutes and 3 minutes at the end on broil. Honestly tasted better than any pizza. Also, I put some oregano on the top and that adds a real pizza flavour. I will do this more often 👍🤗
